Here at Spooder hut we do not accept returns. We are happy to replace any spider that is dead on arrival but only with video footage of the box being opened. Please contact us within 48 hours if you have any problems. After the 48 hours your spider is your responsibility.

Please bare in mind if you miss the postman the DOA replacement is void. 

It's only the spider that will be refunded unless its DOA.
 

Please, please, please do your research before buying a spider they can need specialist care.
